Ole Dokka is a multidisciplinary leader with a background in strategy, innovation, design, communication and technology.
He has held leadership roles in diverse sectors, including Telenor and Equinor, where he delivered award-winning projects in strategy, branding, and open innovation.
These experiences shaped his vision for fostering cross-sector collaboration and driving meaningful impact. Since 2016, Ole has been advocating growth in the space industry, driven by the belief that space-based solutions are vital to addressing future challenges.
Through his company, Rocket Grace, he founded and developed Spaceport Norway, now the largest space business arena in the Nordics.
The platform has become a hub for collaboration and innovation, directly and indirectly supporting thousands of students and inspiring the next generation to pursue careers in space and technology.
