Jon Harr is Director of External Affairs at Andøya Spaceport. He is a space engineer with background from the French and Norwegian Space Agencies before he joined Andøya Spaceport as an Operations Director in 2022. Part of his career in France he spent at the European Spaceport in French Guiana, managing operations of Ariane 5, Soyuz and Vega launches, and he lead the Norwegian Space Agency’s contribution to several feasibility studies leading up to the Government’s decision to build a spaceport in Andøya.
