Ole Dokka is a multidisciplinary leader with a background in innovation, design, technology, and digital business. He has held leadership roles in diverse sectors, including Telenor and Equinor, where he delivered award-winning projects in strategy, branding, and open innovation. These experiences shaped his vision for fostering cross-sector collaboration and driving meaningful impact. Since 2016, Ole has been advocating growth in the space industry, driven by the belief that space-based solutions are vital to addressing future challenges. Through his company, Rocket Grace, he founded Spaceport Norway, now the largest space business arena in the Nordics. The platform has become a hub for collaboration and innovation, directly and indirectly supporting thousands of students and inspiring the next generation to pursue careers in space and technology.
