About
Siri Kalvig is Chief Executive Officer of Nysnø Klimainvesteringer, the Norwegian government’s climate investment fund. Nysnø invests in companies and funds with operations in or originating from Norway that contribute, directly or indirectly, to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. It always invests alongside private investors on equal terms, as a minority owner, and aims for the highest possible market-based, risk-adjusted return over time. A meteorologist with a PhD in offshore wind technology, she co-founded StormGeo, a global leader in weather forecasting, and began her career as a weather presenter on TV 2.
